These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Pretty as Possible International ("Pretty as Possible Intl", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://prettysoap.beauty (the "Site") and all related services, subscriptions, and purchases.

By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products and Services

Pretty as Possible Intl sells handcrafted natural soap and personal care products, available through:

• Single Purchase: Individual products purchased at listed prices.
• Monthly Subscription Box: A recurring subscription delivering curated products monthly.

All products are handcrafted in the United States using natural ingredients. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or availability at any time.

3. Account Registration

To place an order or subscribe, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed available inventory. You will be notified and refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We are not responsible for pricing errors; in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using TLS technology.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Recurring Billing

By subscribing to our Monthly Subscription Box, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price. Charges occur on the same day each month as your initial subscription date.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

5.3 Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or contents with 30 days' advance notice. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Local pickup available in Norwalk, CA at no charge
• Subscription boxes ship within 3–5 business days of each billing date

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
• Incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct the order at no charge.
• Unopened, unused products: May be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping costs.
• Opened or used products: Not eligible for return due to the personal care nature of our products, except in cases of defect.

8. Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience irritation, allergic reaction, or adverse effects. Keep all products out of reach of children.
